We are honored and delighted that our Biopurification project is highly recommended in the Food Tech Innovation Award at the Fi 2023. Biopurification improves the taste of plant-based products using microorganism, but then without performing a traditional fermentation. With it we can help industry to produce better tasting plant-based products.
We are immensely proud and extend our congratulations to our colleagues and experts: Herwig Bachmann, Kerensa Broersen and the entire team for their exceptional efforts and contributions.
