The 14th NIZO Dairy Conference will serve as a platform for professionals to share their insights, exchange knowledge, and collaborate on the design and manufacture of novel and improved foods and dairy ingredients. This conference aims to bridge the gap between cutting-edge scientific research and practical applications in the dairy industry.
Lectures: In total 19 lectures will be given on the topics the following topics: dairy science and technology, processing, microbiology, chemistry, physics, sensory, health, and nutritional sciences.

A visit to the NIZO facilities in Ede is included as part of the registration fee. All conference delegates are encouraged to attend in order to see, taste, and experience the latest developments at NIZO in an interactive way. The site visits will take place on Friday morning 20 October 2023 directly after the conference, just before you travel back home. Please contact Elsevier to book this visit.
