Jeroen Koot has been appointed CEO of NIZO Group BV as per September 5th, 2019. Based on NIZO’s renowned expertise in dairy and fermentation he will be leading the organisation into a new era of research projects related to the transition from animal to plant based protein, health benefits and food safety completed with contract manufacturing and processing expertise.
Mr Koot has a strong track record in repositioning companies and implementing strategies for growth and customer value. He is passionate about exploring and developing business opportunities where a thorough understanding of technology is important. Former CEO, Villaume Kal, is supporting a smooth transition to the new leadership. We thank him for his contribution and energy towards NIZO over the last 3 years.
