I am passionate about helping our clients tackle challenges in food innovation, from product development to production optimization and sustainability. My role allows me to connect companies with the expertise and solutions they need to turn their ideas into market-ready successes.
I’ve had the privilege of contributing to groundbreaking projects, including working with Happy Ocean Foods to develop sustainable seafood alternatives, supporting DAIZ in creating plant-based foods using advanced germination technology, and collaborating with Yaegaki to apply traditional koji mold fermentation for alternative meat products.
I’m deeply committed to driving innovation and regularly share my insights on topics such as plant-based ingredient & product development, fermentation and processing.
